Bullying is never OK. It’s hurtful and can impact someone for a long time. Remember, you’re not alone. There are people you can talk to and things you can do to stop the bullying.

What is bullying? It's more than just a fight or disliking someone. It’s being mean to someone over and over again. Bullying is when someone or a group of people who have more power than you repeatedly use words or actions to hurt you. Bullying can happen anywhere – at home, with friends, online, at school or on the bus.

A study reported 1 in 4 Australian students experience bullying. So if you’re being bullied, you’re NOT alone.

Mel Greig who is a Australian radio and television personality was attacked for over two years by online trolls. This constant online bullying eventually affected Mel's health and she ended up with the chronic illness endometriosis. Mel joined me on the Drive Home to discuss this topic.
