Lower fuel prices coming

Coronavirus could deliver cheaper petrol prices.
China is the world's biggest oil importer, so its forecast 20% consumption slump from an economic slowdown from the coronavirus outbreak is sinking oil prices.
Brent crude has dropped to a little over $54 USD a barrel, but Citigroup forecasts it could dip to $47 USD.
Recently, a Bridgewater outlet was reported at 137.9 cents per litre for unleaded, putting into question why many other Tasmanian retailers are 20 cents higher.
Given market changes, the RACT figures Tasmania's price should in the mid 140's, 10 cents less than much of the state.
